Important registration information:
Friday Night Kick Off Party:

We are not mailing tickets. If you purchased tickets online, simply arrive with your name and registration email.

Parking is available in the Kenn Borek Aquatic Centre parking lot.

Access to the event is via the lower lobby doors of the Ovintiv Events Centre (doors are under big sign that says Co-op Mercer Hall) located adjacent to the Kenn Borek Aquatic Centre entrance.

Make sure to plan a safe ride home!
Saturday Night Banquet:

Access to the event is via the main lobby doors (Ovintiv Events Centre sign above door – sliding glass doors)

Plan a safe ride home: "Step up and Ride" starts at 10:00 pm. and will be parked outside the lower lobby doors. They deliver to local hotels, along with other local Dawson Creek, and Pouce Coupe locations.
We are elated to welcome Wild Sheep Foundation CEO, Gray Thornton as our keynote speaker.
Join us for a live auction, tons of giveaways, and a lineup of raffles like you have never seen before, and join a group of like-minded sportsmen and sportswomen supporting our coveted Northern BC Stone's Sheep populations.
We do have additional tickets for purchase at the door available for our Friday night Kick Off Party.
Our Saturday night banquet is now fully sold out.

Please note that this year you simply collect your name badge at the door. Due to the mail strike, we are not mailing tickets. Please have the name of your table handy when you arrive.
